Social networking can never replace real life friendships and relationships. Social networking should not replace the later.
Human beings emotional well being is related to the environment; healthy relationships with parents, siblings and friends. Laptops and mobiles obsession will certainly hamper mental well-being.

I agree in totality with Madhuri... Man has created the computer and what not. But the million dollar question is, can these substitutes replace the human mind? Taking a cue from this, social networking can work only within certain limited area can cant ever replace the human bondage... Can we imagine sipping a cup of coffee with a friend in a coffee day environment through, Orkut, or myspace??
